The Wolf And The Shepherds Stories on Digitaledu4kids

The Wolf And The Shepherds This is one of the many of Aesop’s fables that one can relate to in any day and age. One day a wolf was chased away from a farm for trying to steal some of the sheep for food. Later that week, the wolf came back to the farm hoping to find some food. He peeped inside the house and found the farmer and his family feasting on a lamb roast. “Aha!”, he thought. “If I were to do the same thing that the farmer and his family are doing now, I would be shunted and chased, or even killed for killing a weak, innocent lamb.” Moral We are quick to judge and condemn others for what they do, but see nothing wrong in doing so ourselves.

A Truthful Boy-Stories on Digitaledu4kids

A Truthful Boy The Value of the day is truthfulness. What do you mean by truth? Truth means never telling a lie. We all know the story of a shepherd boy who cried wolf. The boy decided to have some fun at the expense of the villagers. He shouted, “Help, help, the wolf is here!” The villagers heard and came to his rescue. But when they got there, they saw no wolf and the boy laughed at them. They went away. The next day, the boy played the same trick and the same thing happened. Then one day, while the boy was taking care of his sheep he actually saw a wolf and shouted for help. The people in the village heard him but this time nobody came to his rescue. They thought it was another trick and did not trust him anymore. He lost all his sheep to the wolf. When you tell a lie, you lose credibility. Once credibility is lost, even when you tell the truth, no one believes you. Actually, the power of choosing good and evil is within the rich of all. Make the right choice. Truthfulne
